TERMS & CONDITIONS
- This promotion is conducted by Motorama Automotive (North) Pty Ltd (ABN 12 102 332 790) and Motorama Hillcrest Pty Ltd (ABN 19 010 584 040) (together, the Promoters).
- Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The promotion commences at 8:30am AEST 1 February 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST 31 May 2026 (Promotion Period).
- Entry is valid only with the purchase and delivery of an eligible new vehicle during the Promotion Period.
- To be eligible, customers must purchase and take delivery of a new, in-stock Kia from Motorama Kia Moorooka or Motorama Kia Hillcrest by 31 May 2026.
- Each eligible vehicle purchase equals one (1) entry into the draw.
- An additional bonus entry will be awarded for the purchase of a Kia Tasman or Kia EV during the Promotion Period.
- The prize consists of a FIFA World Cup 2026™ travel package for two (2), including return flights, accommodation, match tickets, transfers and spending money, as outlined in promotional material.
- The total prize pool value is between $15,000 and $20,000 AUD, depending on travel arrangements and availability.
- The winner and their nominated guest must be 18 years or older at the time of travel and must hold valid passports, visas and any other required travel documentation.
- Travel dates are fixed and will be determined by the FIFA World Cup 2026™ match schedule. No changes to travel dates are permitted.
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
- The prize may be gifted to another person with written approval from the Promoter, at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with passports, visas, travel insurance, meals outside the inclusions, or any other incidental expenses not expressly included in the prize.
- If the prize or any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
- The winner will be notified in writing following the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
